Monday through Saturday are only open for pre-arranged reserved events such as rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, business luncheons, church socials, anniversary parties, and much more. Q: How many guests can the clubhouse accomodate? A: For an event serving hor d'oeuvres without a dinner, the clubhouse can accomodate 250 people. For an event needing seating for a luncheon or dinner, the clubhouse can accomodate up to 130 people. Q: Does the club provide linens/china/glassware/chairs/tables/napkins? A: The club provides all of the above listed. The club does not provide chairs for weddings that are held at the club. Q: Is there a charge for cutting my wedding cake? Q: Can we bring in our own food? A: Equestrian Woods Country Club is a full service establishment. In accordance with state and local health codes, and as a limit to our liability, we do not permit any food other than wedding cakes and groom's cakes to be brought into the club. Wedding cakes and grooms cakes must be baked by a licensed baker, and a copy of the license must be provided to the club before the cake(s) may be brought in. Q: Is there a minimum to how much I have to order? A: Yes. The minimum food order is $17.00 per person. Q: Do you have a dance floor? A: Our Garden Room serves as our dance floor.
